1.Mix the flour and milk with the hand mixer. Then add eggs and a pinch of salt and work into a smooth dough. The dough is ready when it throws light bubbles. Then put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2.After the rest time, add a dash of mineral water to the dough and stir well again.
3. Heat the pan and melt the butter in it. Then remove from the hotplate and swirl so that the butter spreads out.
4. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle and swirl again briefly so that the bottom of the pan is completely covered. Now bake the pancake over medium heat.
5.If the pancake can be lifted easily with a spatula, it is firm enough. Once the side is golden brown, the pancake can be turned. Do this until the rest of the batter is used up.
